What if I want my order shipped today?
A: Service coming soon for select items! Currently, items cannot ship the same day. We plan to make some of the items available for a 24-hour ship in the near future.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
A: Each item will have it’s own individual turnaround time. If multiple items are purchased with different ship dates, the order will default to the later of the dates. Most items will be shipped within 72 hours. Some exceptions apply.
How long until my order arrives?
A: The default shipping option is UPS Ground. Expedited options are also available.
How do I track my order?
A: Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped.
What if the order arrives incomplete/missing items?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any discrepancies.
Are there bulk pricing discounts?
A: Yes, each item has a quantity based pricing tier. Pricing tiers are listed on each product page. If you are ordering a volume higher than what is listed, please click on the request pricing link on the respective page.
What if any of the items are damaged upon arrival?
A: Please email email@example.com a picture of the damaged item. If the package arrived damaged from the courier, please supply a photo of the damaged package as well.
What are the shipping methods available?
A: All standard UPS options are available.
Can I call my order in?
A: All orders can only be placed online through the site. In the event of special circumstances, please contact your marketing specialist.
Can I place a custom order or special event order?
How long do custom orders take?
A: All custom orders will be handled on a case by case basis. Items may take closer to three weeks after item selection, art approval, production, and shipping. Please note that some can extend beyond that.
